Check Coverage for Your Specific Plan Below
Federal Employee Program or BCBS of North Dakota
We accept ANY plan from FEP or BCBSND. You may be responsible for charges resulting from your plan’s deductible, coinsurance, or copay.
BCBS from Any State Shaded Green Above (except FEP or ND)
We accept PPO plans from Blue Cross Blue Shield in other states.
- These states may have the names such as Anthem, Highmark, Regence, or Carefirst
- You may be responsible for charges resulting from your plan’s deductible, coinsurance, or copay.
Other Private Insurances e.g. Aetna, Cigna, United, Humama, Kaiser
1. You will have to pay for services upfront.
2. You may be able to submit our invoice to your insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement. You should verify your out-of-network benefits before booking an appointment. We can assist you in submitting the invoice to your insurance electronically.
Medicaid / Medicare
We do not accept Medicaid or Medicare, even if it is run by Blue Cross in your state. You will have to pay for services directly.
